1964年鹿児島県生まれ。北九州市立大学卒業後、繊維商社に就職。営業マンとして勤務していた1995年、容器包装リサイクル法の制定を機に繊維リサイクルに深く携わる。2007年1月、現代表取締役社長の髙尾正樹とともに日本環境設計を設立。資源が循環する社会づくりを目指し、リサイクルの技術開発だけではなく、メーカーや小売店など多業種の企業とともにリサイクルの統一化に取り組む。2015年アショカフェローに選出。著書『「捨てない未来」はこのビジネスから生まれる』（ダイヤモンド社）。

Iwamoto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Kitakyushu and has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the textile trading industry. He worked to establish the textile recycling system by collaborating with the government, retailers, and trading companies. He then founded JEPLAN with a vision to realize a society where everything will be circulated with economic efficiency. Under his leadership as CEO of JEPLAN, the company has achieved nine consecutive years of profitability. Iwamoto published his first book “Business for creating ‘future without waste’” (in Japanese) and gave a presentation in Ted Haneda in 2015. He was appointed as the fifth Japanese Ashoka fellow in 2015.

米国コロンビア大学国際関係修士（国際人権・人道問題）。国連開発計画（UNDP）にてジェンダー平等と女性のエンパワーメントの推進を担当し、世界各地で、女性の教育、雇用・起業、政治参加、災害・紛争復興などのプロジェクトを手掛けた。現在は、フリーの専門家として、国際機関、政府・自治体、民間企業、NPO、大学などで幅広く活動中。国際的な知見と手法を生かし、国内の女性・女の子のエンパワーメントやリーダーシップの推進にも取り組んでいる。（特活）Gender Action Platform理事、関西学院大学総合政策学部客員教授、男女共同参画推進連携会議有識者議員/第５次男女共同参画基本計画策定専門調査会WG構成員/コロナ下の女性への影響と課題に関する研究会構成員、外務省国際女性会議WAW!アドバイザー、兵庫県豊岡市ジェンダーアドバイザー等を務める。大学院在学中に長男を国連在職中に長女を出産し、子連れ出張も多数経験。近著に『エンパワーメント：働くミレニアル女子が身につけたい力』（経済界）。

After receiving an M.A. in international affairs, Asako joined UNDP in 1997 and served as the program manager at the Bureau for Development Policy, specializing in the promotion of gender equality and women’s empowerment. Since her return to Tokyo in 2005, she has been active in mainstreaming gender in Japan’s development assistance policies and programs, as well as working with government, NGOs, private corporations and research institutions to address gender issues in Japan.

1992年生まれ。イギリス育ちのドイツ人と日本人のハーフ。日本に引っ越してきてから周囲の「使い捨て」の多さに敏感になり、一人一人ができるところから変えていくべきだと感じ、プラスチックストローの代替品となるステンレスストローブランド「のーぷら No Plastic Japan」を設立。環境保護を自分ごととしてとらえ、それぞれが無理なく日常に取り入れられる環境保護活動やそれに繋がる行動を提案し発信している。サステナビリティに関する活動を行うグローバル企業との連携プロジェクト、コンサルティング、広報を務めるなど、より持続可能で循環型のビジネスやライフスタイルを提案している。

Born between German and Japanese parents, Mona spent most of her life in England, before moving to Japan in 2016. Mona is a communications and public affairs consultant. Mona’s interest in environmental issues goes back to her childhood, but the move to Tokyo increased her concerns and urgent sense around how our convenient lifestyles are often times unsustainable and damaging to the environment. Mona founded No Plastic Japan founded in 2018 to raise awareness around our consumption habits and the waste they create – one of its main activities is the replacement of plastic straws with stainless steel ones for individuals and businesses. In collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, Mona works on different communications and sustainability challenges.

Kenji Fuma is a founder and CEO of Neural Inc, a strategy consulting firm in sustainability management and ESG investing, since 2013. As the world’s leading expert of responsible business and sustainable finance, Kenji is an advisory committee member for the Ministry of Environment, MAFF, and MHWL of Japan. He was also appointed as a member of the Socio-Economic Panel in the Hague International Space Governance Working.
Kenji has presented lectures on sustainable finance and sustainability management at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, at Delegation of the European Union to Japan, and in many industrial conferences, covering a variety of agendas from climate change and water stress to human rights, diversity & inclusion, cybersecurity, corruption, and corporate governance. He is also a distinguished contributor to FT, CNN, NHK, Washington Post, The Economist, Forbes, and Nikkei. He is also the author of “ESG Thinking”, and “Understanding with data how the Earth will be in 2030” (in Japanese). He is the editor-in-chief of the company’s digital news website, “Sustainable Japan.”
Kenji holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability from Harvard University, an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in International Relations from the University of Tokyo.

Since Yumiko joined OECD in 2013 as the head of OECD Tokyo Centre, she has been at the forefront of policy discussions between OECD and governments, businesses, and academia in Japan and Asia, covering a wide range of economic policy issues. She has been leading discussions with various stakeholders in Japan and Asia, particularly in the areas of Corporate Governance, tax guidelines, gender diversity, education, international trade, and innovation. Prior to joining the OECD, Yumiko held a number of leadership positions as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Yumiko has diverse professional experiences, ranging from banking in New York and London to UN Peace Keep Operations in Cambodia. Yumiko has an MBA from Harvard University, MA from Stanford University, and BA from Sophia University. She sits on the Japan Advisory Board of Harvard Business School as well as several advisory committees of the Japanese Government.
